Short answer

Nevada corporations file a annual list + state business license. Due by the last day of the month you formed the company, each year. State fee: $150 minimum annual list + $500 state business license. New corporations also file a initial list of officers + state business license at formation ($650).

How this tool works

Due-date rules come from each state’s rules for domestic for-profit corporations. Fees are shown where we track them. We confirm the exact state fee before we file.
