- What Zovud is
- Zovud is a U.S. company formation and compliance service for founders in any country. Zovud forms U.S. corporations, files annual reports, amendments and dissolutions, and prepares federal and state tax packages that clients review and file themselves.
- Who it serves
- Founders who live in any country, including one-person AI businesses. No U.S. residency, visa or Social Security number is needed.
- Where it is based
- California, United States.
- Company type
- U.S. C corporations, in any of the 50 states or D.C. Common choices: Wyoming, Delaware, Colorado, California and Washington.
- Prices
- Formation $199 one time. Formation + Compliance $499 a year (annual report and a federal + state tax package). Single filings from $79. State fees are added at cost.
- Taxes
- Zovud prepares the federal and state tax package, including Form 1120 and Form 5472. Clients review, sign and file the returns themselves. Zovud does not currently submit tax returns.
- What Zovud is not
- Not a law firm and not a CPA firm. Zovud does not give legal or tax advice.

How we work
Each client has one company record in Zovud. It holds your filings, documents, owners and dates. Every service uses that record. A change updates your next report. Your tax package uses the owners you gave us at formation.
Our fees are fixed. State fees are at cost. If you need legal or tax advice, we tell you. Then we suggest the right type of professional.
